My work focuses on helping thoughtful, self-aware adults interrupt the cycles that keep repeating in their relationships, leadership, and everyday life. The overthinking. The shutdown. The reactivity. The pressure to hold it all together.
Coaching with me is structured, direct, and practical. We name what’s happening. We identify the pattern. And we build new responses that feel steadier and more intentional.
This isn’t therapy.
There’s no diagnosing or processing trauma here.
This is forward-focused work for people who are ready to create change, not by forcing themselves to “do better,” but by understanding how their nervous system has been operating on autopilot.
I work especially well with high-capacity individuals who are used to being the responsible one, the steady one, the one everyone else relies on, and who are ready to build stability for themselves.
